Pop C. started with no limits and a topwater bait he refused to put down, even in winter. He stuck with it, changed his approach, and turned into one of the most consistent co-anglers fishing the Tennessee circuits.
Based in Cookeville, Pop C. has two of the best fisheries in the country in his backyard: Center Hill and Dale Hollow. That home-water knowledge has carried him to five career victories and a Top 10 in nearly a third of every event he enters across the Phoenix Bass Fishing League and the MLF Toyota Series.
In 2026 he leads the Phoenix BFL Mountain Division Co-Angler of the Year race, and earlier in the year he claimed the biggest win of his career: the co-angler title on Kentucky Lake.
